Observation hypothesis
An event can be discrete while its remainder is continuous. The click ends something. The ghost is what the ending failed to remove.
出来事は離散的でも、残余は連続的でありうる。クリックは何かを終わらせる。幽霊とは、終わりが取り除けなかったもののことである。
Horror A imagines destruction from outside: it can kill you. Horror B imagines persistence from inside the relation: it never leaves you.
Click → Ghost is not only a horror device. It can be read across death rituals, unanswered messages, deleted accounts that still resolve, and rooms that keep a person's arrangement.
The observation hypothesis: cultures differ in how much residue they allow an ending to keep.
OFF is not the same as gone.
Horror A は外部からの破壊を想像する。it can kill you。Horror B は関係の内側からの持続を想像する。it never leaves you。
Click → Ghost はホラーの装置だけではない。死の儀礼、返信されないメッセージ、まだ解決する削除済みアカウント、人の配置を保つ部屋にも読める。
観測仮説：文化は、終わりにどれだけの残留を許すかにおいて異なる。
OFF は、gone と同じではない。
